Not necessarily. You yourself pronounce your dreams too big or too small, but there are actually no dreams that are too small or too big. Every dream is the same and you deserve it no matter how big it is for you!

Nicht unbedingt. Du selbst sprichst deine Träume zu groß oder zu klein aus, aber es gibt eigentlich keine zu kleinen oder zu großen Träume. Jeder Traum ist gleich und du verdienst ihn, egal wie groß er für dich ist!

Also hör niemals auf zu träumen. Es könne bereits morgen Realität sein! 🙏

Anyone who has already dealt with the law of attraction knows that daily gratitude helps to increase your frequency, to start the day positively and to manifest positive things in your life!

Of course, if you have a difficult life or if things happen that put you in a negative mood, it cannot be easy to look for something positive in everyday life for which you could be grateful.

Wer sich schon mit dem Gesetz der Anziehung beschäftigt hat weiß, dass tägliche Dankbarkeit hilft deine Frequenz zu erhöhen, um positiv in den Tag zu gehen und Positives in dein Leben zu manifestieren!

Klar, wenn man ein eher schweres Leben hat oder Dinge geschehen, die einen in eine negative Stimmung verfallen lassen, kann es nicht leicht fallen sich etwas Positives im Alltag zu suchen wofür man dankbar sein könnte.

Aber wenn du einmal den Schritt wagst, für die kleinen Dinge im Leben dankbar sein kannst, wirst du dich wundern, wieviel noch schönere Dinge, Situationen und Momente in dein Leben kommen werden. Höre niemals auf zu träumen und sieh das Schöne im Leben! ☀️💕

Many people have not yet "woken up", I like to say. Because there is so much more in this world than what we experience and see every day. Every encounter, every situation, every person in our life has a specific meaning. Nothing just happens for no reason.
Many of us live our everyday lives, perhaps knowing that there is something that is higher and more powerful, but do not question it further.
And then there are all those who suddenly ask themselves “what am I actually doing here?” “Is that all or something else to come?” “I just don't feel good the way it is right now!”

If you belong to the second group that questions everything. Congratulations, your soul is awakening and wants you to finally live your fulfillment in life. It wants you to be happy and to follow your soul plan.

Ich liebe die Esoterik, Spiritualität, Tarot Karten, Reiki und noch viel mehr.

Viele Menschen sind noch nicht „wach“ geworden, sage ich gerne. Denn es gibt so viel mehr auf dieser Welt als das, was wir tagtäglich erleben und sehen. Jede Begegnung, jede Situation, jede Person in unserem Leben hat eine bestimmte Bedeutung. Nichts passiert einfach nur so, ohne Grund.
Viele von uns leben ihr alltägliches Leben, wissen vielleicht, dass es da etwas gibt, was höher und mächtiger ist, aber hinterfragen es nicht weiter.
Und dann gibt es all diejenigen, die sich plötzlich fragen „was mache ich hier eigentlich?“ „ Ist das alles oder kommt da noch was?“ „Ich fühle mich einfach nicht wohl, so wie es im Moment ist!“

Wenn du zu der zweiten Gruppe gehörst, die alles hinterfragt. Herzlichen Glückwunsch, deine Seele erwacht und möchte, dass du endlich deine Erfüllung im Leben lebst. Sie möchte, dass du glücklich bist und deinen Seelenplan verfolgst.

Hey my loves!

It has been very quiet here in the last few days. I hardly showed myself and especially didn't feel like posting anything in my stories, telling you my story behind Breakaway Movement and Kangen Wasser (yes, I wanted to shoot some videos for you and explain a lot ☹️), I wanted to get into the topic of Reiki more with you, ...
But the last few days have been the worst for a long time! 😔 I am a very positive person, I take a lot of things as they happen, I never hold grudges, laugh even when I feel bad.
But I also manifest bad times, people who are not good for me. And I felt that very clearly.
The power of thought and the law of attraction are very strong and shouldn't be underestimated!
But I will not lose my inner light and move on! 😄🙏
I keep getting up because I want to be there for you, for me, my family and my loved ones!
My job is to help others and sometimes you can do it best when you go through crap yourself 😅.

Hey ihr Lieben!

Es war in den letzten Tagen sehr ruhig bei mir. Ich habe mich kaum gezeigt und besonders keine Lust gehabt etwas in meinen Storys zu posten, euch meine Geschichte hinter Breakaway Movement und Kangen Wasser zu erzählen (ja, ich wollte schon einige Videos für euch drehen und vieles erklären☹️), mit euch mehr in das Thema Reiki einzusteigen,...
Aber die letzten Tagen waren mir die schlimmsten seit langem! 😔 ich bin zwar ein sehr positiver Mensch, ich nehme vieles, wie es gerade kommt, bin nie lange nachtragend, lache auch wenn es mir schlecht geht.
Aber auch ich manifestiere schlechte Zeiten, Menschen, die mir nicht gut tun. Und das habe ich sehr deutlich zu spüren bekommen.
Die macht der Gedanken und das Gesetz der Anziehung sind sehr stark und das sollte man nicht unterschätzen!
Aber ich werde mein inneres Licht nicht verlieren und weiter machen! 😄🙏 ich stehe weiter auf, denn ich will für euch da sein, für mich, meine Familie und meine Lieben!
Meine Aufgabe ist es anderen zu helfen und manchmal kann man das am besten, wenn man selber durch Mist geht 😅.

When was the last time you thought of yourself? So right, just you?

If you are like me 😄, an empath, friendly and helpful, especially when you recognize others in need, then you probably took time for yourself the last time an eternity ago, right? 🙈

This is not just a reminder for you, but for me too, especially to show a little self-love now and today!

I'm going to put on a face mask after the shower today, have some tea, put my legs up and tell myself that I'm enough, perfect the way I am! 🤗💓

Wann hast du das letzte Mal an dich gedacht? So richtig, nur an dich?

Wenn du auch so bist wie ich 😄, ein Empath, freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders wenn man andere in Not erkennt, dann hast du dir wahrscheinlich das letzte Mal vor einer Ewigkeit nur Zeit für dich genommen, oder? 🙈

Das hier ist nicht nur eine Erinnerung an dich, sondern auch an mich, besonders jetzt und heute ein wenig Selbstliebe zu zeigen!

Ich werde mir heute nach der Dusche eine Gesichtsmaske auflegen, mir einen Tee trinken, meine Beine hochlegen und mir sagen, dass ich genug bin, perfekt so wie ich bin! 🤗💓

Unfortunately, we humans still too often let others tell us how we should be, which job suits us, when we should have children as women, which people we should trust. And so on!

It took me a long time to realize who I actually am and what I want in life because other people have always told me how I should live my life.

Not anymore! We are the only ones who should decide how we want to live, what job we want for ourselves, how we want to be, whether we want to have children at all or not ...

You too are worth deciding for yourself! So start finding out what it is you want, if you don't already know my love! 🙏💓

Wir Menschen lassen uns leider immer noch zu oft von anderen sagen, wie wir sein sollen, welcher Job zu uns passt, wann wir als Frauen Kinder bekommen sollen, welchen Menschen wir vertrauen sollen. Und so weiter!

Ich habe lange gebraucht, um zu erkennen, wer ich eigentlich bin und was ich im Leben möchte, weil mir andere Menschen immer gesagt haben, wie ich mein Leben leben sollte.

Damit ist jetzt Schluss! Wir sind die einzigen, die entscheiden sollten, wie wir leben wollen, welchen Job wir für uns aussuchen, wie wir sein möchten, ob wir überhaupt Kinder bekommen wollen oder nicht, ....

Auch du bist es wert, für dich selber zu entscheiden! Also fang an herauszufinden, was es ist, das du möchtest, wenn du es noch nicht weißt meine Liebe/ mein Lieber! 🙏💓

Finding peace and quiet and finding something that

Finding peace and quiet and finding something that relaxes you when the day was stressful is often not easy?

Yes it is!
First find something that you would actually like to do. Then just try to do it every day. Even if it's only 5 minutes a day!

This short time alone is enough to bring your body into a kind of rest phase that you absolutely need in order to be and stay fit, happy and healthy.

I love yoga! To be honest, I have to incorporate this into my everyday life more often 😅 and of course Reiki! Anyone who knows me knows that I love Reiki and could do it every day.

Zur Ruhe zu kommen und etwas zu finden, was einen entspannt, wenn der Tag mal stressig war, ist oft nicht einfach?

Doch!
Finde erst etwas, was du eigentlich gerne machen möchtest oder gerne tust. Dann versuche es einfach jeden Tag zu tun. Auch wenn es nur 5 Minuten am Tag sind!

Alleine diese kurze Zeit reicht aus, um deinen Körper in eine Art Ruhephase zu bringen, die dich unbedingt brauchst, damit du fit, glücklich und gesund bist und bleibst.

Ich liebe Yoga! Ehrlich gesagt muss ich dies auch wieder öfter in meinen Alltag einbauen 😅 und natürlich Reiki! Wer mich kennt, weiß dass ich Reiki liebe und es jeden Tag tun könnte.

Are you afraid of a big investment?

Oh I had it! I've made so many investments and they all scared me a sh.. ! I can tell you that! 😲

Did the fear make me give up and not invest?
NO! I dared anyway. Despite all the fear I felt in my stomach, I made this huge investment anyway.

Am i happy now?
Sure!
And do you know why?
I'm just sick of living this dreary life. Just going to work in a job that drains me, that makes me doubt myself every day. I'm tired of working for people and doing things that I don't really want and that don't get me anywhere!
I'm tired of only having 30 days of vacation a year and saying that's normal! It is not normal! It is not normal!

And that's why I invested! In myself! In my dreams! In my passion! In my health! In my future!

We only live this one life! Don't you want to live the best life too?

So I do! 🙏😀

🇩🇪: Hast du Angst vor einer großen Investition?

Oh ich hatte sie! Ich habe so viele Investitionen gemacht, und alle haben mir eine sch... Angst gemacht! Das kann ich dir sagen! 😲

Hat mich die Angst dazu gebracht aufzugeben und nicht zu investieren?
NEIN! Ich habe es trotzdem gewagt. Ich habe trotz aller Angst, die ich in meinem Bauch gespürt habe, trotzdem diese große Investition gemacht.

Bin ich jetzt glücklich?
Klar!
Und weißt du warum?
Ich habe es einfach satt diese triste Leben zu leben. Nur arbeiten zu gehen, in einem Job der mich auslaugt, der mich jeden Tag an mir selber zweifeln lässt. Ich bin es leid, für Menschen zu arbeiten und Dinge zu tun, die ich eigentlich gar nicht möchte und die mich nicht weiter bringen!
Ich bin es leid nur 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr zu haben und zu sagen, das sei normal! Es ist nicht normal! Es ist nicht normal!

Und deshalb habe ich investiert! In mich! In meine Träume! In meine Passion! In meine Gesundheit! In meine Zukunft!

Wir leben nur dieses eine Leben! Willst du nicht auch das beste Leben leben?

Also ich schon! 🙏😀
